Please know that due to the custom nature of our pet prints products, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds on pet prints. However, if your custom pet print items arrive broken or defective, we’ll work with you to remedy the situation quickly, by sending you a brand-new product free of charge that will be sure to put a smile on your face.
